An early adopter of recycled content to replace virgin polymer is Sustane^® shrink film. With most of our key customers, including leading brands, now using this shrink film containing up to 50% recycled content.

Sustane^® Shrink was a winner at the most recent Plastics Industries Awards, and was also a finalist in the Innovation Awards at the biennial EPRO (European Association of Plastics Recycling and Recovery Operations) Awards.

The product was recognised for setting new standards in shrink wrap flat film technology with its recycled content. Sustane^® Shrink is used to shrink film wrap products ranging from beverage cans and bottles to canned food and cartons.

Sustane^® is comparable to prime material in its performance, look and feel, function and strength.
